About The Position

Matriarch is seeking a dedicated Elite Care Specialist Float Nurse to support our growing care team throughout the Metro Nashville area, providing exceptional care to both pediatric and adult patients across multiple home care settings. As an Elite Care Specialist Float Nurse at Matriarch, you will deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while adapting to varying clinical needs and assignments throughout the Metro Nashville region. This role is ideal for an experienced, flexible nurse who is confident caring for medically complex patients and enjoys the diversity of working with different families and care environments.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Metro Nashville area
Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to patient care
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with complex medical care preferred
Confidence with Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
Confidence with Tracheostomy care
Confidence with Ventilator management
Experience with Pediatric patient care
Experience with Adult patient care
Experience with Medication administration and monitoring

Responsibilities
