About The Position
cFocus Software is seeking an ELINT Operations Specialist to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is located on-site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area and requires an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 4-12+ years of ELINT analysis experience
- Knowledge of radar systems, electronic warfare, and signal processing
- Experience with ELINT analysis tools and databases
- Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum and RF propagation
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Responsibilities
- Analyzes electronic intelligence (ELINT) data to identify, characterize, and geolocate electronic emitters.
- Conducts technical analysis of radar and communication systems.
- Develops ELINT collection strategies and requirements.
- Produces intelligence reports and technical assessments.
- Maintains ELINT databases and reference materials.
- Collaborates with signals intelligence analysts and mission partners.
- Supports operational planning and targeting activities.
