About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Eligibility and Enrollment Coordinator I or II. The role involves coordinating eligibility and enrollment processes. The position is located at the Central Office in Sacramento, CA, and operates Monday through Friday for 8 hours per day. The pay range differs for Coordinator I and Coordinator II, with starting pay at the beginning of the respective ranges. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record, a valid CA. Driver’s License, registered, and insured vehicle
• Pre-employment physical and current TB clearance required.
• Background and employment verification clearance required.
• Basic mathematical skills to calculate family fees.
• At least two (2) years of experience working in an office environment (for Coordinator I).
• 2 years Eligibility & Enrollment work experience in subsidized programs (for Coordinator II).

Nice To Haves

• AA/AS Degree preferred (for Coordinator I).
• AA/AS Degree or higher or 60 units, preferably with the completion of 24 ECE/CD/HD units (for Coordinator II).
