About The Position
The Elevate Gap Program at YMCA of the Rockies’ Estes Park Center offers an unforgettable semester of adventure, community, and growth for individuals aged 18-23. This program blends paid work in guest services (housekeeping/food service) with immersive outdoor adventures, team activities, personal workshops, and reflection. Participants will build leadership skills, discover a greater sense of purpose through service projects, forge life-long relationships, and learn outdoor skills through activities like hiking and backpacking. The program aims to equip participants with greater confidence, self-awareness, real-world work experience, and a sense of purpose, while living and working alongside a diverse group of people in the heart of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Requirements
- Must be between 18 and 23 years old.
- High school graduate or seeking real-world experience.
- Open to new opportunities.
