Requirements

- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Understand effective elementary instruction, classroom culture, and student engagement
- Use assessment data to respond to student needs and accelerate growth

- Welcome feedback and demonstrate the OLAM values in your work
Nice To Haves
- Pennsylvania elementary teacher certification, or active progress toward certification
- Experience in urban school communities
- Familiarity with Responsive Classroom, EL Education, Eureka Math, or similar high-quality approaches
