Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A nurturing, student-centered mindset
- Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional growth
- Passion for working with young children and shaping their early educational experiences
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Deliver creative, standards-aligned instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
- Foster a love of learning through hands-on activities and differentiated instruction
- Support the development of strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy
- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Use data to guide instruction and support student growth
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance learning
