About The Position

Match Charter Public School is seeking elementary school inclusion aides for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is based at the Match Community Day campus in Hyde Park, MA. The inclusion aide will support students with disabilities by assisting in the implementation of skills and goals aligned with their educational and therapeutic needs. Responsibilities include supporting students during instructional and non-instructional times, both inside and outside the classroom, including lunch and breaks. This role is crucial for fostering an inclusive community, promoting skill development and social-emotional growth, and providing unique support to individual students. The inclusion aide is expected to build strong relationships with students to ensure they receive the necessary support to reach their academic and personal potential.

Requirements

Prior experience working with students with disabilities
Deep belief that all students can and will succeed and have a willingness to do whatever it takes
Incredible amount of patience and willingness to go the extra mile
Desire to continually improve their practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback
Demonstrate an ability to work well on a team
Willingness to support others in doing their best work

Responsibilities

Provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with students’ educational and therapeutic needs.
Support students during instructional times both in and out of the classroom.
Support students during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times.
Develop deep relationships with students.
Leverage relationships to ensure students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.
