The Elementary Administrative Assistant serves as an essential member of the school’s front office and elementary administrative team for a Preschool–8th grade Christian school of approximately 540 students. This individual supports the Elementary Principal in the daily operation of the elementary division while helping cultivate a warm, organized, Christ-centered environment for students, families, faculty, staff, and visitors. The Elementary Administrative Assistant provides clerical, organizational, attendance, communication, and event coordination support while assisting with the smooth and efficient functioning of the elementary school office. This role requires professionalism, hospitality, confidentiality, flexibility, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced school environment.
