This position supports planning, assessment alignment, curriculum development, instructional practices, and intervention to improve student achievement outcomes in literacy for the feeder pattern. The coach will work collaboratively with program administrators, classroom teachers, and other instructional staff. The role requires promoting high standards, analyzing data to determine instructional needs, improving classroom instruction through technical assistance and modeling, and providing job-embedded professional development.
