About The Position

Study Smart is hiring a part-time tutor to provide in-person math and English Language Arts (ELA) support to students in grades 3–5 in Waldorf, Maryland. The tutor will work with small and large groups, adapt to teaching materials and strategies, and communicate consistently with Study Smart staff. The tutor will partner with Study Smart’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies for students. The scheduled hours are Wednesdays from 9 AM to 11 AM EST. The role requires a completed four-year degree and passing a background check, which may include fingerprinting depending on location.

• Completed four-year degree.
• In-person availability is required.
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
