About The Position
The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional Elementary Level Lead Teacher, for a full-time position, starting in August 2026. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or an out-of-field degree with teaching experience and state certification.
- Ability to commute to Miami Beach, FL 33140 (required)
Responsibilities
- Developing approaches and methodologies that incorporate state standards while enabling a child to co-construct their learning within a joyful, academic, engaging environment.
- Building and nurturing relationships with learners; understand their interests and curiosities as well as how they learn best. These observations and insights will contribute to decisions about curriculum, assessment, and tailored learning experiences.
- Supporting learners’ growth across social, emotional and cognitive domains.
