About The Position
CUSD 303 is seeking an ELEM Grade 5 Teacher, LTS at Fox Ridge Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. The dates of this Long-Term Substitute (LTS) position are from October 5th to December 18th, 2026. To work as part of our Substitute Team, candidates will need a valid and active Illinois Professional Teaching License (PEL) or an Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB), which requires a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Please note that Short Term Substitute Teaching Licenses are not accepted in D303. The rate for a Long-Term Substitute Teacher is $220 per day. In addition to the online application, candidates must provide a valid Substitute or PEL license, two letters of reference, and a fingerprint-based background check from the Kane County ROE. Requirements
