About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens position for an Electrophysiologist in Canton, OH. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, covering clinical duties only. The coverage period is from September 28, 2026, to December 28, 2026. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The outpatient clinic sees approximately 14 patients per shift on Mondays and Tuesdays. The facility uses the Epic EMR system and requires coverage due to the loss of full-time staff. The Electrophysiologist will be responsible for all EP procedures, including those using mapping systems like Carto and Abbott EnSite, providing inpatient consults, interpreting EKGs, and managing EP lab procedures with support staff.

Requirements

• Active state license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Board Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Carto mapping system
• Experience with Abbott EnSite mapping system

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic services (Mon & Tue, 14 patients per shift)
• Perform EP procedures (Wed–Fri) using mapping systems (Carto, Abbott EnSite)
• Provide inpatient consult service
• Interpret EKGs
• Manage EP lab procedures with available support staff (1 APP)
