About The Position
The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI), a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join their team. This position will primarily serve patients in Gainesville, Florida, at local clinics, an Ambulatory Surgical Center, and affiliated hospitals. TCAVI is committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based cardiovascular care with a team of 24 board-certified physicians and 8 advanced practice providers across various specialties. They focus on prevention, early detection, and utilize state-of-the-art technology, participate in clinical research, and prioritize minimally invasive techniques in a compassionate, patient-first environment.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine
- MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiology program
- Strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and clinical quality
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Can sponsor J1 and H1-B physician waivers
Responsibilities
- Perform a mixture of bread and butter, and complex electrophysiology procedures and clinical care in hospital and clinic settings.
- Collaborate with CT Surgical support for complex cases.
- Participate in federally approved clinical trials.
- Support local residency and educational programs.
