About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an Electrophysiologist (MD/DO) for a hospital facility in Michigan. This is an ongoing assignment with a start date as soon as credentialed. The provider will be responsible for daily onsite coverage including clinic and Cath Lab. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no night call or weekend coverage required. The patient volume is approximately 20 outpatients in clinic and 2 full EP lab days per week. Full clinic support including APP is available. The facility currently uses the CARTO 3 system and is upgrading to Ensite X in the next month. They do not currently perform PFA.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree.
• BC certification.
• MI License.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• ATLS certification.
• Experience with CARTO 3 system.
• Experience with Abbott system.
• Experience with Ensite X system.
• Ability to cover 3 weeks per month, with a minimum of 1 week accepted.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PFA systems (Farapulse, PulseSelect).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite coverage for clinic and Cath Lab.
• See 20 outpatients in clinic per day.
• Perform 2 full EP lab days per week.
• Perform Electrophysiology EP studies.
• Perform Cardiac ablations (AFib, SVT, VT, etc.).
• Perform Pacemaker implantation.
• Perform ICD implantation.
• Perform CRT device implantation.
• Perform Device checks and management.
• Utilize Cerner EMR system.
