About The Position

The Electronics Warehouse Technician performs testing, diagnosis, repair, and/or refurbishment of mobility products, including Toughbooks and Toughpads. The work includes disassembling and reassembling components after parts are repaired or replaced. The role also performs deployment tasks, handles inventory and product processing, supports shipping, and maintains quality and workplace organization.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electronic parts such as hard drives, memory, and AC adapters.
• Ability to view and handle numerous components in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and technical manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Working knowledge of Windows.
• Ability to learn new applications and programs.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing 20 to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform deployment tasks such as memory upgrades, logo badge installation, asset tagging, hardware diagnostics, and kitting.
• Use computer-based systems to enter and record required data.
• Receive and process products from vendors and/or customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock incoming inventory.
• Arrange delivery or shipment of deployment products as required.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality inspections of completed processes.
• Keep the deployment department clean and orderly.
• Perform daily miscellaneous tasks, including shipping support and cleanup activities.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Test, diagnose, repair, and/or refurbish mobility products, including disassembling and reassembling components after repairs or replacement.
