About The Role Participate in the assembly of electrical and electromechanical systems, including wiring, cabling, racks, and instrumentation Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and CAD models to execute precise builds Perform functional testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of assembled units Develop and improve assembly procedures, work instructions, and build documentation Collaborate with design engineers to resolve build issues and drive design-for-assembly improvements Assist in the preparation of molds and forms Mix and pour epoxy resins into molds for transformer coils and components, ensuring proper degassing and vacuum pressure Inspect finished castings for defects, such as voids or cracks, ensuring compliance with design specifications Maintain organized documentation, labeling, and configuration of hardware systems
