About The Position

Cudd Energy Services (CES) is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician for their Seminole, OK location. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, aligning, calibrating, and maintaining electrical and electronic control systems. The technician will champion the company’s H.S.E.&T program, use troubleshooting and repair skills to maintain instrumentation, and install/configure electronic, electro-mechanical, and instrumentation equipment. The position may involve assisting and training mechanical technicians, researching equipment needs, maintaining inventory, performing preventative maintenance, and providing technical support and operator training. Emergent repairs on electronics and instrumentation at field locations are also part of the role, as is working with vendors and internal departments. This position is required to perform safety-sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

Requirements

  • Experienced Electronics Technician
  • Ability to install, repair, troubleshoot, align, calibrate, and maintain electrical and electronic control systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair skills for instrumentation.
  • Ability to install and configure electronic, electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Ability to research equipment and component needs.
  • Ability to maintain electronic parts inventory.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on instrumentation and maintain records.
  • Ability to follow operating instructions for troubleshooting, maintenance, and general repairs.
  • Ability to provide technical support and operator training on electronic equipment.
  • Ability to perform emergent repairs on electronics and instrumentation at field locations.
  • Ability to work with vendors and other internal departments.
  • Willingness to perform general labor as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Uses troubleshooting and repair skills to keep instrumentation in working order.
  • Installs and configures electronic, electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment.
  • May assist and train mechanical technicians in testing components and repairing electrical problems.
  • Researches equipment and component needs and maintains electronic parts inventory.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on instrumentation and maintains preventative maintenance records.
  • Follows operating instructions for guidance in troubleshooting, maintenance, and performing general repairs.
  • Provides technical support in the form of operator training on electronic equipment.
  • Performs emergent repairs on electronics and instrumentation at field locations.
  • Works directly with vendors and other internal departments to advance business objectives and operations.
  • Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
  • This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
