About The Position
The Cement Supervisor coordinates the general operations of company personnel and equipment for a designated district. The role champions the company’s H.S.E.&T. program to deliver quality service safely and efficiently. It coordinates equipment and tool preparation, mobilization, rigging, operation, inspections, and maintenance at job sites; helps ensure crew safety; and serves as a liaison between the company and customer representatives. The position may also perform general labor and other duties assigned by supervisory personnel. This role performs safety-sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

Responsibilities
- Champion the company’s H.S.E.&T. program in all work performed to provide quality service safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee the safe and efficient rigging up and operation of applicable equipment at the job site.
- Coordinate implementation of company policies and procedures and equipment maintenance at the job site.
- Coordinate and ensure the safety of the crew at the job site.
- Coordinate the preparation and mobilization of tools.
- Coordinate periodic tool inspections and file pertinent reports.
- Act as liaison between the company and the customer representative.
- Instruct crews in safe working practices and the proper operation, care, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform duties assigned by supervisory personnel, including general labor as necessary.
