About The Position
We are searching for Electronics Techs for ANDRITZ to support the plant in our efforts to meet production goals. Benefits package, paid holidays and vacations.
Requirements
- Must be able to install, test & troubleshoot Allen Bradley and ladder logic based PLC’s
- Must pass hands-on skills test
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation
- Overtime and weekend work required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Stable work history
- Expected to set good examples in attendance, work, safety and housekeeping
Nice To Haves
- Associate Degree in electronics and 3-5 years industrial manufacturing experience desired
- Experience with AC drives, servo systems, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors & vision systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine tasks on production and support equipment to include, but not limited to: Allen Bradley PLC’s, Motor Control, AC/DC Voltage, Electrical wiring
- Write and complete work orders in CMMS System
- Maintain spare parts for restocking of parts used
