About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer, you will specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules and tools in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers. You will deliver within system specifications, cost targets, and project schedules, ensuring timely realization of solutions that contribute to competitive, achievable, and serviceable products. You will provide discipline-specific expertise throughout the product life cycle, including concept feasibility, new product introduction, existing product sustainment, and customer-facing problem resolution. You will lead complex technical design work within your discipline or own a module-level area requiring contributions from multiple engineers. You will work autonomously on complex tasks with limited guidance, balance quality with timely delivery, and interface with suppliers or customers as part of a broader team. The scope of engineering deliverables varies by job grade, from executing defined tasks and supporting senior engineers to owning complex technical scope, coordinating cross-functional work, and leading program-level outcomes. The position is on-site, with a flexible workplace arrangement allowing remote work up to two days a week. On-site presence is needed for in-person work-related events, training, and meetings and to support teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. The role may require domestic and/or international travel depending on business needs, and there is potential exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage, and currents.
