About The Position

TSC is seeking an Electronics Technician to support our production division in Huntsville, AL. This role involves troubleshooting electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair. The technician will diagnose issues in both RF and digital systems and restore failed units to full functionality. Key responsibilities include logging, interpreting, and analyzing test data to identify trends, collaborating with peers for continuous improvement, and working closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements. The role also requires clear communication with management and team members, setting up, calibrating, and validating test systems, and adapting to a dynamic manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 6 years of production and/or assembly experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong theoretical and functional understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment including: DMM, Signal Analyzer, oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, LRC meter.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Ability to assembly, test, rework, repair according to IPC Standards
Experience working in a design team environment with vendors, customers and peer engineers
Ability to mentor and lead more junior technicians.

Responsibilities
