About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to support production and assembly operations. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring product quality meets company and customer standards.

Requirements

1–3+ years of electronics assembly and soldering experience
Proficiency in hand soldering (IPC standards preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic understanding of electronic components and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Nice To Haves

IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
Experience with SMT and through-hole assembly
Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
Experience in automotive, diagnostics, or related electronics manufacturing

Responsibilities

Perform assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products
Execute hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components per work instructions
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Inspect work for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
Support production schedules and meet daily output targets
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements
