About The Position

CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a Sensor Repair Technician - Production Assembler. This is an entry-level position focused on the repair of temperature sensors. The role involves assembling small parts, adhering to company policies, maintaining a clean work area, and using testing equipment. Both 1st and 2nd shifts are available.

Requirements

• Good dexterity and precision when working with extremely small and fragile items.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Basic knowledge of the use of a hand tools and small drills.
• Ability to independently work on multiple projects throughout a day.
• Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment working with small parts preferred.
• 1 year of brazing or soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under a microscope to assemble small parts.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies regarding Team Members and quality issues.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Use multimeters and voltage test equipment.
• Basic use of a tape measure and hand tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
