About The Position

To support the Company’s financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, invoicing, and credit activities. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with corporate reporting requirements, supporting month-end close processes, and assisting in asset tracking, while contributing to the overall efficiency and integrity of financial operations.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP skills required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software applications
  • Proficient in general office operations, including computers and office equipment
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to perform all assigned tasks to meet company expectations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with good organizational abilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned accounts payable, daily shipments, and invoicing.
  • Prepare and ensure month-end close information is accurately submitted to Corporate.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers for prepay-and-add shipments for invoicing purposes.
  • Assist in evaluating and approving customer credit terms and credit limits.
  • Generate and approve credit memos as needed.
  • Assist with tracking fixed asset changes (e.g., acquisitions, disposals, trades, sales).
  • Maintain a credit report acceptable to SEW-EURODRIVE
