About The Position

This role is for a 2027 Graduate in Electronic Warfare Advanced Development. The position focuses on pioneering the future of Electronic Warfare (EW) and accelerating its impact to operational communities by striving to obtain spectrum superiority through controlling the electromagnetic spectrum. This includes the development of advanced sensors, creation of intelligent schemes to characterize the environment, and implementation of advanced offensive electronic capabilities. The specialist will have the opportunity to pursue scientific research through internal and external funding. The role involves learning from EW experts, being exposed to all aspects of EW development, and actively pursuing, supporting, prototyping, and testing new technologies for future EW systems. The specialist will also innovate, develop, and evaluate concepts for next-generation EW systems.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
  • Prior internship or research experience in any of the following areas: Signal Processing, Software Defined Radios, Radar, Jamming, RF Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Communications, FPGA, Antennas
  • An ability to establish relationships and effectively interact with teams, management, external sponsors, and across organizational boundaries
  • Demonstrated initiative, an open and curious mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top-Secret level clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship
