About The Position

This role is responsible for designing training materials for all positions that process transactions electronically. The coordinator will track and assist trainers and leaders in maintaining updated training checklists and SOPs, and help area trainers develop training materials and skills. The position requires working irregular shift hours to support off shifts, scheduling and providing training to large groups as well as one-on-one instruction, and training leaders and partners on various topics. The coordinator will ensure all transactional processes are accurately accounted for in electronic systems and work with the Blending Records Keeper position to ensure batch accuracy and track outages for process improvements. All duties assigned by the Team Advisor/Team Leader must be performed, and the ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required to support all shifts is essential, demonstrating flexibility with hours to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree – preferred
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • Experience as an operator in multiple departments preferred
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Testing (Wonderlic, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, etc….) will be required with Guidelines used from the Office Technical and Hourly Leader Job Family
  • Interview covering skills exercises to determine communication/presentation and problems solving skills
  • Must submit resume and training presentation
  • Successful Partners must follow and sustain process improvements, Food Safety, Partner Safety and Food Quality
  • Must have an absenteeism rate of 40 points or less, commendable or better record in teamwork and overall job performance and have no disciplinary action
  • Must successfully complete the WPT-R, PCI, Excel, Word and any other applicable skills tests with passing score before bid closes
  • English speaking/reading requirement in positions that require comprehension of the English language
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in both Verbal and Written Communication
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills (additional skills testing required)
  • Must be self-motivated/goal oriented, driven, self-initiated with proven track record
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Understanding of basic plant processes and willingness to work on production floor to better learn and become familiar with all electronic production processes
  • Must be adaptable, willing to work all shifts as needed, whenever needed
  • 3 years manufacturing experience and/or equivalent in a position requiring confidentiality and demonstrated training experience
