About The Position

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to lead security technicians and subcontractors installing access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, intercom, and other low-voltage systems for clients in Berwick, Pennsylvania. The Project Manager coordinates multiple projects with local engineering, sales, and technical staff, takes ownership of assigned projects, and maintains communication with customers and team members to meet stakeholder expectations. The role oversees day-to-day operations across multiple projects and reports on job status, schedules, risk mitigation, changes, and material needs throughout each project’s lifecycle. The Project Manager leads senior and lead technicians, junior technicians, and subcontractors, and may assist with creating proposals. Applicants must have a property technology security background.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with electronic security systems.
Previous project management experience in the electronic security systems field.
Property technology security background.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and understand security system drawings and familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass the company's pre-employment screening process, including a background investigation and drug screening.
Must be able to meet and maintain certifications, licenses, and/or registrations required by applicable state laws and electronic security regulations.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, fire systems, and/or DMP.
Direct experience with Lenel, Axis, Software House, or Verint; related training certifications are highly desired but not required.
Training and certifications in the listed product lines.
PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee multiple electronic security projects with engineering, sales, and technical staff.
Lead senior/lead technicians, junior technicians, and subcontractors.
Maintain communication with customers, the i2G team, and subcontractors to meet stakeholder expectations.
Oversee day-to-day project operations and report job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee subcontractor work and ensure it meets i2G system and stakeholder expectations.
Manage integration engineers programming electronic security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
Read and understand security system drawings and electrical and civil drawing packages.
Maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality.
Assist with creating proposals as needed.
Maintain required certifications, licenses, and registrations in accordance with applicable state laws and electronic security regulations.
Maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license when applicable to travel requirements.
