The Electronic Banking Services Representative is the consistent point of contact for consumer and business customers to assist them with their online banking needs. Employees in this position excel in customer service, relationship building and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Equivalent to a high school education.
- Must be accurate and detail oriented.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
- Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.

Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient with the full line of Cornerstone Bank’s Electronic Banking products that include bill payment, mobile deposit, direct deposit payroll, wire transfer and remote deposit.
- Support the Bank’s ATM network.
