Requirements

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with very small parts and distinguish colors clearly
• Comfort working under a microscope for extended periods
• Steady hands and attention to fine detail
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly and soldering of small electronic components
• Work with microscopes and fine tools to ensure accuracy and quality
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and verbal guidance
