About The Position
Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a dual-skilled Manufacturing & Electrical Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed supplement manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate ensures that our encapsulation, mixing and packaging lines run at peak efficiency while adhering to strict cGMP and FDA safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ideally within a FDA-regulated environment (Food, Supplement, or Pharma).
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blue prints.
- Experience with automated control systems and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment (wearing PPE/hairnets/smocks).
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology or Mechatronics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, sensors.
- Assemble, disassemble, clean and store manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on encapsulators, mixers, and high-speed packaging lines.
- Calibrate precision scales and ingredient-dosing sensors to ensure compliance.
- Maintain detailed logs of repairs and equipment performance in compliance with FDA/cGMP regulations and SOPs.
- Strictly follow Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and safety protocols.
- All other duties as assigned.
