Palermo's is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for their 3rd shift operations. This role is ideal for a technician who prefers a planned, organized maintenance approach over reactive emergency repairs. The company is investing in team and technology to shift from reactive emergency repairs to planned, predictive maintenance. The ideal candidate is careful, methodical, and wants an environment where they can do the job properly.
Requirements

- Are calm, methodical, and precise, and you fix root causes—not symptoms.
- Have outgrown a reactive shop and want time to do the job properly.
- Are a dependable, plainspoken teammate.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
- Spend your time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
