Be the on-site expert customers rely on for high-uptime operations. You'll execute preventive programs, perform rapid break/fix work, and restore complex industrial assets to peak performance safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Proficiency with basic hand and specialized tools.
  • Demonstrated ability across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power disciplines to analyze problems, develop alternatives, and perform repairs.
  • Extensive travel required (Local, National, International).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repairs: observe equipment, pinpoint root causes, disassemble/reassemble, adjust controls, and verify performance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuitry, mechanical systems, and fluid power; interrogate industrial control systems to analyze complex faults.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to implement reliability and PM procedures consistent with industry standards; execute work with minimal instruction.
  • Identify and procure required parts, supplies, and repair materials.
  • Operate machining equipment (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding to fabricate or restore components when needed.
  • Document all work in service reports and applicable management systems, including findings and recommendations.
  • Adhere to customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping, and safety processes without exception.
  • Maintain full compliance with safety policies, rules, regulations, and technical guidance; practice situational awareness and hazard recognition.
  • Invest in continuous development via on-the-job training and technical self-study.
