About The Position

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Are you the go-to problem solver who keeps production humming? Do you enjoy moving from a quick control-circuit diagnosis to fabricating a part on a drill press? If so, this role puts your curiosity and craftsmanship to work every single day. In this role, you will Perform entry- to mid-level break-fix and preventive maintenance that improves reliability and uptime. Tune functional components and control instruments; replace or repair defective parts; recondition/repair machine tools. Source and document needed parts, supplies, and repair items. Support teammates across the department per leadership direction and uphold Maintenance Industry Standards. Drive 5S and housekeeping excellence; contribute to CI initiatives focused on process, results, and cost reduction. Set up/operate basic machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder, other metalworking tools) and conduct basic welding. Keep records up to date and review CMMS history to guide maintenance decisions. Diagnose basic control systems circuitry issues. Advance your craft through self-directed technical study. Follow safety policies, rules, regulations, and technical instructions; maintain situational awareness and call out unsafe acts/conditions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate degree with a technical focus, or 18+ months of relevant general-industry experience, or completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with hands-on repair ability.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools.
