About The Position

Assembles electro-mechanical products for manufacturing and production operations. Tests products and runs simple software-driven test tools as needed. Documents assembly, testing, and repair activities per manufacturing specifications. Processes work orders and conducts transactions in ERP system for inventory and production tracking. Performs repairs, modification, or overhaul of customer returned units to manufacturing specifications. Evaluates and estimates repair requirements for returned units. Receives and processes inventory and non-inventory materials and supply items. Manages inventory accuracy and maintains inventory records. Packages and ships US and international sales orders. Follows standard operating procedures and quality requirements for production and repair operations.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
  • 5+ years of experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler or Technician.
  • Experience with inventory control, receiving, and shipping in an ITAR or Export Controlled environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to process work orders and conduct transactions in an ERP system.
  • Ability to perform repairs, modification, or overhaul of customer returned units.
  • Ability to evaluate and estimate repair requirements for returned units.
  • Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation of electro-mechanical products.
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities including stooping, standing, climbing, and working in various environments.
