About The Position

Electrification Analysts at Tri-State work to develop, promote, implement, and analyze new and existing energy efficiency and electrification programs for a variety of customer classes. Managing programs provides an opportunity to make a substantial impact on lives and businesses. Through your daily exchanges with Tri-State members, contractors, and internal teams, your focus will be on increasing adoption of energy-saving and electrification measures which help lower the overall utility costs for individual consumers and provide value to Tri-State’s member owners. Additionally, participate in external facing discussions, events, or industry meetings on available programs and emerging programs or technology. This position will focus on working with our member utilities on continual development and implementation of programs for energy efficiency and electrification measures, specifically small business end-consumers, irrigators, industrial, and oil and gas members. As part supporting our members, Tri-State implements several commercial programs mainly around energy assessments and custom incentives. While the work is led by our member utilities, this position will work with our implementation partners to ensure a positive member and member-consumer experience, increase implementation of measures and track program performance.
