About The Position

This position is posted at multiple levels (I, II, or III). The successful candidate will be placed appropriately depending on education, skills, and experience. The role involves learning, supporting, and/or maintaining the effective and efficient operation of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), with a specific focus on the AMI Head End System (HES) and the Meter Data Management System (MDMS). The position ensures that AMI meter readings, meter alarms, and meter controls are complete and accurate within established parameters and are delivered within agreed-upon timeframes. This role interfaces across a diverse set of utility platforms and teams, supporting and improving AMI systems, turning data into operational value, automating repeatable work, and helping connect AMI value to the broader utility.

Requirements

  • AMI Systems Analyst I: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Public Administration, or related field; OR Four (4) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience.
  • AMI Systems Analyst II: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Public Administration, or related field, AND Two (2) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience; OR Six (6) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience.
  • AMI Systems Analyst III: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Public Administration, or related field, AND Four (4) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience; OR Eight (8) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience.

Responsibilities
