Corporate Finance Analyst I, II, III or Senior
About The Position
Corporate finance department staff are responsible for assisting with the preparation and review of financial loan/borrowing documents, including offering and bond documents, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, and related SEC filings. They will also assist with preparing financial presentations for banking and lending institutions, rating agencies and other parties, as well as debt administration, loan compliance obligations, interest rate forecasts and risk management activities. There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Corporate Finance Analyst I (job grade 5), Corporate Finance Analyst II (job grade 7), Corporate Finance Analyst III (job grade 8), or Senior Corporate Finance Analyst (job grade 10). The specific grade level will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, and Tri-State's business needs at the time of hire.
