About The Position

This position is based in Canal Winchester, but will require occasional travel throughout the Columbus region. We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with a diverse skill set in residential service to join our team. As an electrician at Five Star, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality electrical service/install to our clients in the Dayton area.

Requirements

Proven experience as electrician in residential projects, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and components.
Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety guidelines, and best practices.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate with clients and colleagues.
Minimum 2 years of Electrical experience.
Driver's License
Electrical or Journeyman License

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, adhering to local electrical codes and safety standards.
Perform electrical inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure the efficient functioning of electrical systems.
Collaborate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results within designated timelines.
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and strong communication skills to work with colleagues and deliver projects successfully and effectively.
