The Excellerate Electrician I is responsible for electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
  • Ability to layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.
  • Ability to analyze blueprints effectively.
  • Ability to ensure all projects are built to specifications and accuracy expectations.
  • Ability to clean and maintain workstation, tools and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to consistently follow workplace safety procedures and ensure manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies.
  • Ability to analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner.
  • Ability to participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
  • Ability to immediately identify, correct, and/or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to help drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively.
  • Ability to accept increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance to other team members as needed.
  • Ability to provide direction, training, and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices.
  • Ability to install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
  • Ability to work as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to clean and maintain job site/work area and tools.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies Inc, and customer-specific safety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting, and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and/or troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Ability to consistently complete portions of projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.
  • Ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
  • Ability to comprehend and incorporate specifications effectively.
  • Ability to coach and inspire General Assemblers/Apprentices to surpass customer expectations and company vision/goals.
  • Ability to analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner.
  • Ability to actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Ability to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
