About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems throughout the brewery, including Malt Handling, Brew house, Cellar, Packaging and utilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 2 to 5 years’ experience and/or equivalent specialized training and education.
- 3rd year Electrical apprentice minimum.
- Electrical trade school participation required.
- Developed working knowledge, skills, and abilities in electrical matters.
- Developed working knowledge, skills, and abilities in industrial construction/process, electrical controls, and instrumentation matters.
- Developed experience with sanitary process equipment desired.
- Developed experience in Flash PPE and ratings, electrical PPE, and LOTO.
- Developed knowledge in EM backup generators, ATS controls, UPS systems, and motor controls.
- Developed skills and abilities related to controls / instrumentation matters.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots electrical / controls problems.
- Installs and maintain new electrical / controls systems.
- Provides on call response and support for anomalies and failures.
- Inputs, records, and coordinates EAM data.
- Provides input into the design and implementation of new electrical / controls systems.
- Participates in administrative duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
