About The Position

Audubon Metals LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Electrician. In this position you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in an industrial environment.

Requirements

Electrical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Read and interpret electrical schematics / wiring diagrams.
Basic computer skills.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with employees from all departments.
Ability to multi-task and be resourceful.
Must adhere to all Safety and Environmental policies for all equipment maintenance operations.
Responsible for wearing all required PPE in accordance with company standards and in regard to tasks being performed.
Maintain 7S organization as related to equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work is performed safely.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Diagnose electrical problems and implement solutions.
Perform routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Install and maintain lighting systems, motors, transformers, and other electrical components.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
Attend educational classes and training sessions to further develop electrical skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work at heights.
Work in confined spaces.
Must be able to supply basic tools required on the department tool list.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
