About The Position
The Electrician is responsible for the safe operation of the hospital electrical systems, helping ensure the safety and comfort of patients, visitors, employees, and himself. The role requires an understanding of hospital practices and standards, with the highest standards of quality and safety expected in a hospital environment. CarolinaEast Health System provides care across the Coastal Carolina region. Its system includes a 350-bed, full-service medical center offering inpatient and outpatient services, as well as physician practices across various specialties in four counties. The organization employs more than 3,200 team members.
Requirements
- Work from written or verbal instructions.
- Work from sketches or drawings.
- Work from blueprints.
- High school graduate with technical courses in the electrical field.
- Seven years' experience in an industrial electrical area.
Nice To Haves
- North Carolina State Electrical license preferred.
