About The Position

The Sr. Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, electrical equipment, and fixtures. The role also maintains and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, television, and security systems at the facility. The position helps maintain the facility in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes, performs hands-on service orders and preventive maintenance, responds to other verbal and written requests, and provides budget requests to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience as an electrician.
• Journeyman or Georgia State Masters Electrical Contractor License (non-restricted or restricted), required upon hire.
• Valid, in-state driver's license and adherence to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500, required upon hire.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 25, 70, 99, 72, and 110.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical equipment, and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, television, and security systems in the facility.
• Maintain the facility in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes.
