About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team in a modern facility equipped with the latest technology in lumber manufacturing. We’re looking for skilled Electrical Technicians to learn and execute the commissioning, start-up, and continued reliability of a highly focused maintenance prevention program for Hampton Lumber.

  • PLC experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting with Allen Bradley

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Diagnose Electrical/PLC issues and execute timely effective repairs.
  • Collaborate with operations and all team members to improve equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks to Hampton’s maintenance standards
  • Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed for operations, commissioning, training, or start-up
