About The Position

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Electrician for the Dolet Hills project. This role involves performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, primarily within industrial or construction settings. The successful candidate must be eligible to drive company vehicles.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant electrical certification.
Proven experience as a journeyman electrician in an industrial or construction environment.
Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and eligibility to drive company vehicles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Work with blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete electrical installations and repairs.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Operate company vehicles for transportation to various job sites.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other trades.
