Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects in various locations as required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, especially renewable energy or general labor, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment cleaning.
- Assist with the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and other renewable energy components.
- Dig trenches, lay conduits, and perform other tasks related to electrical and grounding systems.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Transport tools, materials, and personnel to various locations on the job site as needed.
- Assist with site demobilization and cleanup.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
