Requirements

  • 3+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain productivity
  • Professional communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality
  • Must meet company driving requirements, including a valid Virginia license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical installations in residential and/or commercial construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards
  • Lead small crews and support the development of apprentices on the job
  • Maintain productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, inspectors, team members, and supervisors
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure all required materials are identified and secured
  • Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
  • Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction
