Requirements
- 3+ years of electrical construction experience
- Strong knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain productivity
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality
- Must meet company driving requirements, including a valid Virginia license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations in residential and/or commercial construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards
- Lead small crews and support the development of apprentices on the job
- Maintain productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, inspectors, team members, and supervisors
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure all required materials are identified and secured
- Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction
