We are looking to add an Electrician to the team!

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a journeyman electrician in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with Servo systems, CNC’s and PLC’s and other industrial controls
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, logic diagrams
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic components and industrial components
• Proficiency with industrial wiring, installation of conduit, starters, motors (single and multiphase)
• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and OSHA regulations
• Knowledge of feeders, power circuits, limit switches, proximity switches, pressure switches, flow switches, pushbuttons, solenoids, encoders and lockout/tagout

Responsibilities

• Complete the installation of all electrical equipment - replacement, new and upgrades as required.
• Complete the preventive maintenance and servicing of all assigned electrical equipment.
• Prioritize work/training assignments as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair power distribution systems, phased and DC electric motors, electrical power generation equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical switch-gear equipment
• Test and troubleshoot: Electrical lighting systems, AC variable speed drives, Un-interruptible Power Supply systems
• Understand and promote current arc-flash requirements.
• Practical safeguarding of all personnel and property from hazards arising from the use of electricity.
