Requirements
- No electrical license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous electrical, HVAC, or construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical concepts
- Ability to read wiring diagrams (a plus, not a must)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
- Support HVAC installations by wiring thermostats, disconnects, breakers, and equipment
- Run wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components with precision
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with system testing
- Work side-by-side with experienced lead technicians and project managers
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
